Valuations of Commercial, Residential and Agricultural property are carried out on behalf of institutions, private clients or purchasers for taxation, mortgage, rating, compulsory purchase and compensation, insurance and rental purposes in accordance with RICS Valuation Standards, otherwise known as ' The Red Book'.

Building surveys, dilapidation reparts, schedules of condition can be arranged. Valuation for insurance reinstatement purposes can also be undertaken.
