Principal: KEITH THOMAS PARSLEY
Keith was educated at Bablake School, Coventry and the University of Reading where he achieved an Honours degree in Estate Management (Rural Option) and a Postgraduate Diploma (Urban Valuation Option) from the same university. He was articled to John Briggs & Calder in 1978 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and also as a member of the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers.
In 1987 Keith was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for which professional body he also acts as a Chairman Panel Assessor in the Assessment of Professional Competence of post graduate surveyors.
In addition to providing management services, Keith who is a RICS Regulated Valuer, undertakes valuations on a regular basis and has provided expert evidence in connection with tribunals and court proceedings for matrimonial, insurance, probate, rent review and other purposes. He is a member of the Valuation, Commercial Property, Residential Property and Rural Faculties of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Keith is also included on the President of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor's Panel of Independent Experts.
